These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Doblo, operated by Soren Ltd. By accessing or using Doblo, you agree to these Terms.

ACCEPTANCE

By using Doblo, you confirm you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 16, do not use the service.

YOUR ACCOUNT

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person. Accounts are non-transferable. Accurate registration information is required.

USER CONDUCT

You agree not to harass other users, create fake accounts, scrape the service, impersonate others, submit false match results, or use Doblo for any unlawful purpose.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Doblo and all related marks, content, and software are owned by Soren Ltd. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. No reverse engineering.

DISCLAIMERS

Doblo does not guarantee match availability, rating accuracy, or player conduct. Padel is a physical sport — participation carries inherent risk. Soren Ltd is not liable for injuries or disputes arising from matches arranged through the app.

TERMINATION

Soren Ltd may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete account.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Soren Ltd's jurisdiction]. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [jurisdiction].
